The shop in Bentley will re-open on 15th June 2020.
There will only be one customer allowed in the shop at any time. If you come with one other adult, eg; your partner, mum, sister to discuss an order, both will be allowed in. If you are placing separate orders, please come in separately. One of you will be able to wait on the step, in the open doorway.
All customers will be encouraged to be served at the door at all times (weather permitting, I won't make you stand in pouring rain or gale force winds).
We prefer contactless card payments.
Although the shop is open, we would still encourage all our customers to order by phone for delivery where possible.
We thank you for your continued patience through difficult circumstances. We will return to normal business as soon as we are safe to do so.

Update April 2020
We are now accepting new orders for fresh and silk flowers. Payments by phone and online only at this time. Orders for fresh flowers will be delivered as close to your request as possible. However, at the moment, the availability of specific flowers is very limited, due to restrictions on the wholesalers.
The shop in Bentley remains closed at this time.
Update to statement below from yesterday.
From today, Tuesday 24th March 2020 (24.03.20) Yorkshire Florist is closed for all business. This is a temporary closure, and we expect to re-open our doors as soon as we are allowed to do so.
Following yesterday's announcement calling for all weddings and christenings to be cancelled; as it is unclear at the moment how long such events will need to get cancelled for, we will deal with orders case by case. If you are only postponing your wedding and still want your flowers as ordered, just get in touch when you have the information to change the date for your wedding. Some customers have been contacted already where necessary.

Yorkshire Florist - Coronavirus COVID-19
To protect ourselves
and our customers from the threat of coronavirus (COVID-19), from
today, Monday 23rd March 2020 (23.03.20) Yorkshire Florist shop in
Bentley will be closed to the public until further notice.
In addition to the
virus itself, various services that the business uses are being
interrupted by the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.
Yorkshire Florist is
not closed for business altogether, but we are only offering a
limited and zero contact service at this time.
Orders for fresh
flowers; flower boxes, flower arrangements, baskets etc
Orders will be taken
online and over the phone. Card or PayPal payment will be taken to
complete the order. Flowers will be delivered as arranged, to a
designated safe place. We will send you a text message (or call
landline numbers) to let you know your flowers have been delivered.
Please note that
availability of fresh flower stock is uncertain at the moment, so it
may not be possible to supply the exact flowers that you want. This
is affecting the whole industry.
Silk flowers and
other handcrafted items
Orders for none
fresh products, such as foam rose teddy bears, hanging wicker crafts,
wreaths and other artificial hanging decorations, silk flower
arrangements, pots, baskets, vases, bottles and silk wedding flowers will be
subject to items in stock. Until further notice I will not be
visiting wholesale outlets for artificial flowers or craft items.
Orders and payments can be made on the internet or over the phone.
Delivery will be arranged with you when you order.
Pre-existing fresh
flower orders will be delivered as arranged, unless we have contacted
you. If we are unable to deliver your order, you will be notified of
this and refunded immediately.
Pre-existing orders
of none fresh items are unaffected at this time.
Thank you, to all our customers for your continued support at this difficult
time. We have not taken the decision to close our shop doors lightly,
and apologise for any inconvenience caused. However, in the interest
of the health and safety of everyone, we feel we have no choice.
